When we’re finished, you should understand what we did, what we found, and what—if anything—needs attention.

The clogged filter

The most common cause of a backup, and most owners never see it. We pull it and show you.

Filters Get Cleaned — Not Sold

If your effluent filter is washable and reusable, we clean it and put it back. We don’t charge you for a replacement you don’t need.

Questions
Worth Asking

Straight answers to the six we get most. If yours is not here, call or text 623-386-4443.

Owning a septic system

The EPA says every three to five years. From what we see in tanks out here, we recommend every two to keep the system healthy. It depends on tank size, how many people live there and what goes down the drain. If you cannot remember the last time, it is due.

Effluent filters are built to be washed, not replaced — a rinse restores full flow, and we do it free on every visit. If yours is cracked or missing we will quote a replacement before touching it.

Most owners do not, and that is fine. Lids are often buried under gravel or turf; we locate them as part of the job, and if they need digging out, that is quoted by the hour before we start and never added afterwards.

Selling, closing and call-outs

Our inspections are performed by a NAWT Certified Inspector and documented on the official ADEQ Report of Inspection, which is what lenders and title companies ask for on a transfer.

Backups and overflows get priority over routine work — call or text any time, day or night, rather than using the form, so it reaches us straight away.
